Very very sticky
Only use this tape when you wish a permanent fixing it’s very hard to get off if you get it wrong!you will need a heat gun cutting wire fishing line and panel wipe and even then no easy measure twice stick once!

Exceptional adhesive strength
This 3M VHB tape has exceptional adhesive strength. I used this to successfully fasten down 4 flexible solar panels onto a van roof for a camper conversion. Other cheaper tape tape doesn't come near for adhesive strength so be careful when placing as it's very difficult to reposition even if the surface just catches the exposed tape.

Extremely strong, ideal for dashcams
Having tried many double sided tapes before to mount devices to the inside of a car windscreen, most of the time they eventually fall off in hot weather! I discovered that VHB stands for very high bonding so this is the stuff to use! I bought it to replace a rather non stealthy grey double sided pad on a dashcam mount. Needless to say I only needed a few cm, but this stuff is so good I’m sure it will come in useful. Easy to use, just cut off with scissors or a sharp blade and apply to a very clean dry surface. Carefully peel off the red backing tape to expose the opposite side and attach to the other surface. I have to say this stuff really sticks to glass and is extremely difficult to remove. Infact I ended up having to remove it from the windscreen, I used a thin credit card to work under the edge and slowly tease it away from the glass surface. You can also use a good strong dental floss! Not cheap but genuine top quality tape.

Sticks stuff and sticks it properly
Great adhesion, official 3M tape, not a knock off.

Solid as concrete
No jokes at all but its solid as concrete, I placed my desktop ontop of 8 strips on alex drawers and I will never be able to peel them apart.

super sticky
Seems super sticky on smooth, difficult to stick to, surfaces. To make sure it stuck I lightly abraded the surfaces, cleaned them with meths, heated the surfaces gently, and clamped the pieces together for a few minutes. This seems a bit laborious but the bond was important and nothing else had worked, including a different VHB tape.
