I am so happy with this purchase; I have worn my necklace several times and always receive compliments. It's well made and light weight, perfect length, doesn't get tangled up with my hair.

The necklace is so much more beautiful in person. Every bead looks polished to perfection. And the color is true honey. It puts a smile on my face every time I glance at it. I can't speak of its pain relief qualities because I don't suffer from migraines, ever. But will wear it for its beauty. And because Mother Nature created it.

I'm not sure about pain relief yet as I just got it. But it is a beautiful amber necklace for adults. It's made similar to the teething 1's I have purchased before for my grandsons, yet longer for adults!

This is definitely real amber and it works. I used an amber necklace in the past after an orthopedic surgery, but had to replace because it broke. I just had some oral surgery, bruising on my lower jaw moving down my neck. Wherever the amber is touching, the bruising is fading much quicker. It’s quite amazing.

Tight at first, but I stretched it out a bit and now it's fine.
