good luck trying to get USB C support/cable.
Updated review. I received a very thoughtful response from a great person named Deb in Finsix support, and they not only refunded my initial purchase of the USB cable, but overnighted me a cable so that I could take it in the work trip that I'm on this week. While this doesn't excuse the fact that the company couldn't execute and get the cables shipped (while taking pre-orders for the promised ship date) it does show that they do care and empower their employees to fix customer issues. The product itself it also working as advertised (powering a 13inch retina MBP touchbar) and is really nice, much better than the Zolt charger that I been using with the previous laptop.--------------------------------------------I ordered one of these in early january, and it's been sitting in a drawer because the USB C cable which i ordered a day later still hasn't shipped. i ordered the product based on their claim that USB C and Macs were supported, which doesn't appear to be the case, and now- months later, i can't return a now worthless charger. buyer beware.

Works mostly...with a warning
Works fine, but the connectors marked for use with Dell products do not fit XPS laptops. I have an XPS 15 9550 and had to use a different tip. Once connected the BIOS stated that the power supply was not recognized and may not work properly. It did give an option to continue with the boot up process and had not issues afterwards. I will keep an eye on it over the next week to see if it in fact works or damages any components like the battery.

A good USB-C charger but at an inflated price
This is a solidly made charger that has worked well for me in the last six weeks. I use it to recharge a 15 inch 2016 MacBook Pro. I know it is underpowered for this computer but it seems to work fine for light duty use and mostly for recharging when the computer is asleep. The charger seems never to get too hot. It is very small, easy to pack, and easy to squeeze into closely spaced outlets. The reason for 4 stars is the pricing for USB-C users. The company charges $35 for the USB-C cable. This strikes me a price gouging for what you get. They may make extra money now but it will not generate the kind of good will the company will need when they have more competition. By the way, Amazon has the list price as $99 which is wrong. The actual list is $79 for the PC version with the nine proprietary tips (8 of which are headed for the trash--maybe all 9 if you read some of the reviews) and $99 for the USB-C version with its single tip built to an industry standard. Unfortunately, Amazon has a long term practice of showing inflated "list" prices to mislead people into thinking they are getting some special deal. That practice is unworthy of an otherwise fine company.Update 2-14-2018:I broke my USB-C cable last summer (my fault I guess) and ordered a replacement. I still have not received a replacement and the manufacturer site shows they are backordered for another 18 weeks. Hard to believe that something like this would take so long.June 23, 2018Since the cable is not available, any claims of compatibility with the open USB-C standard made by this company are patently FALSE. One star.

Customer service team is either non-existent or terrible -- WASTE OF MONEY
The FAQs and other info on this page made me think this would work for my laptop. It does not. According to the manufacturer's website, it WOULD work with my laptop if only I had the "P connector." The P connector is not one of the 9 that ships with the product, and -- here is the reason for my one-star review -- multiple attempts to contact the manufacturer have failed. They DO NOT EVEN RESPOND to inquiries submitted by their online form; and there is no other way given to contact them. (If anyone has a customer service number for FINsix, I would greatly appreciate it.)Unless I can get hold of the elusive p-connector, this was a complete waste of money. Their customer service team is either non-existent or terrible.UPDATE: Even if you really want this laptop charger to work, return it asap. DO NOT WAIT to give the non-existing support extra time to respond to your trouble tickets because (1) they never will, and (2) there's a short return window. Don't be dumb like me. :(

When it plugged in to my Thinkpad T450, there ...
When it plugged in to my Thinkpad T450, there is a buzzing noise. The sound does not seem to be from the adapter tube but from the charging port. In comparison, T450 original adapter does not make any sound. I'm afraid of damaging my laptop chip or battery...Update:The seller contacted me promptly and offer a replacement. I appreciate that they really care about customer satisfaction. I still decided to return the product so I cannot say whether the problem I had was the result of one defected item or a general issue. But you certainly won't lose anything by giving it a try since the customer service seems to be great.

I liked it so much that I just bought another one ...
As soon as I got onto the train to the airport last August, I opened my laptop to do some work and realized that I had left my charger at home. We were going to be in Europe for two weeks. I had to buy another charger. When I arrived at the airport, I dashed into a gadget store before our flight, and the clerk said he had one charger that would work with almost any laptop. (It has multiple adapters for different computers.) We tried it, and it worked! However, the FINsix Dart 65W charger is so small that I just carry it around in my back pack with my computer and always have a charger, instead of having to remember to bring the clunky charger that came with the computer. It stays home now. I guess the FINsix costs a bit more than a clunky charger, but it is no trouble to just carry around all the time, and it has never failed me.I liked it so much that I just bought another one as a gift for my son.

Subtly incompatible with Dell Laptops, short return period
Doesn't work, can't return. It powers the laptop, I didn't notice until return period was over that it doesn't charge the battery. On my Dell XPS 13, I get the "plugged in, not charging" error. The battery does not charge and you have to run off of AC. The XPS13 is listed (incorrectly) as a supported device. Have fun on the airplane with no battery!
