Perfect for costume
Works perfectly for my Renaissance fairy costume. My waist is roughly 25" and it fit perfectly. I am around 5ft tall so it drags on the ground a bit.

Too tight
It's a nice skirt, but the sizes are weird. I am 31 in at waist. I got M size first, and sent it back, I ordered L , and it felt the same. I altered it , and it looks nice on me!

not bad, runs about Average size, and pretty basic, makes for like any other pieces of clothing.
well on Average? i would be what this Society calls a size 14? but i am "Muscular" Being Sioux Indian,with a 30in waist, but kinda "Amazonian" LOL but seeing how most of "Western Society women are?i bought a "Large" as this would be too TINY for 90% of general?if i would say about? shorter than 5' 7" ?? this would be a bit long? i am 5' 10" and its "Just Right" where my Waits sits, "For Me" wearing a size 9 shoe with a 3 inch heel, barefoot it is right at just a "Hair" above floor,i hope this can help for some? i would say a Medium if your Under 140 etc. pounds?with a smaller than 30in waist.or if carry weight good??? this could work? if around 120 pounds? on "Average" a medium be a good fit!the look is Cute! has its nice Appeal !!! the fabric is pretty basic? very Stretchy! so even if a bit "Larger" can be "Ok'ish" but like any overseas garments? may want to size up for most "Americans"the overall look is as the Pictures have it, of course with a Pretty Model !! but its pretty much same!if going for that Flashy look !!! this is a nice one, i use it for Stage and works great!!and if like showing some Leg, this works.will try and post pics after for a better general size idea? and works better if like me, Being "Gothic"if like the longer Skirts.

Oh my goodness This is a fabulous skirt I got it as a Halloween costume to be a siren and it is beautiful the skirt is not the longest but the twirly black chiffon is longer than the skirt! I might just have to wear this as a part of an everyday outfit 💓

You get what you pay for
Cute and cheap. The fabric is most definitely flamable. The hem is unfinished. The length is shorter than the advertised 40 inches and it runs small.BUT it will work. It is a wearable garment that looks like the image and is very affordable.Purchase a size larger than you think you need.
