Was recommended by vet to help weight gain after being neutered

I was recommended to change my dogs diet as she was overweight and as she is a Jack Russell Terrier the excess pounds really showed and it wasn't healthy for her to stay like that.As she is neutered our vet recommended this food as part of a controlled diet to help the pounds come off. She likes the taste of it which is good and i was told by the vet that it contains the decent cuts of chicken, not all the bits that get mechanically pulled off the carcass.With her eating this food and doing without her treats (she now has pieces of red pepper or carrot for treats) she has lost 1.2 kilo which is great.I don't use any other food for her now.

My dog has been on this since he was a puppy. He is now 4 yrs old no complaints at all.

My Dog loves this. We had a small clear bag of it from the vet when he went to a puppy party’ there. We initially used it as treats for him (& the cat loves them too). Bought a 2kg previously, now a 4kg & have started using it as a mixer with his meat. Still use them individually as treats. It is a bit pricey but my dog worth it!

Our dog absolutely LOVES this stuff and responds to it as treats as well as just her meals. She had a bit of a dodgy tum and this has sorted it right out. Its a little pricey but goes a long way and is actually cheaper on amazon than most other places
