It was a pleasure to purchase your toilet and the installation videos were very good. Yes I needed a toilet where there was no drain so this was a perfect solution.

When my contractor put in the toilet pieces were not there a plate around the whole in the back of the wall was not there to cover up the hole that you have to cut out it was like you got mismatch pieces for this fall it and he’s put in several of these folders, and he was not happy. And the parts that both down the toilet were plastic look for a Nother toilet

Toilet came as scheduled. It was well packed with Styrofoam. Much better price on Amazon compared to other stores. Happy with my purchase.

Came in a sturdy box, easy to assemble, and priced better than local stores, if u can find one.

This is the best value for your money. Hands down. If you need one in the basement and have no plumbing. This is your answer. Do it. Add the bathroom. Easy peasy. Definitely purchase again if we ever moved. And will recommend. That’s for sure.

Buyer BEWARE... If you miss your 30 day return window your screwed. There is no warranty .. Actually the company doesn't even exist. My gasket from tank to bowl leaks and my water flush seal leaks. Tried finding company to get replacements . Doesn't exist. Amazon says refer to manufacture warranty. Doesn't exist. You wind up with Amazon customer service. They tell you the will contact seller have have a response with in 48 hours. Waiting 5 days now .. No response . Cannot use SUPERFLO 600W Upflush Toilet.
