DR Aquafina Pocket Set, XDAA000

What a brilliant little paintbox this is. Takes half pan's which clip into the box and can easily be removed. Comes with a small size 4 brush and accompanying advice notes from Alwyn Crawshaw who recommends Aquafine paint in his 30 minute Sketching book by Collins. Aquafine is a medium quality paint above the Simple paint and below Artist. The lid can be used as a palette and it says it unclips for cleaning. The box is sturdy and the size of a Smartphone with a fold out thumb grip. Colours in the box are Lemon Yellow, Gamboge, Vermillion, Alizarin Crimson, Sap Green, Viridian, Yellow Ochre, Light Red, Burnt Sienna, Cobalt Blue, Prussian Blue, Ivory Black.

Bought this for my nanna as she loves crafts; painting, colouring etc... It's a lovely little, compact paint set (slightly bigger than an iPhone but smaller than a tablet) but serves a purpose and Nan has enjoyed using it. Great quality paints and a perfect paint set for this purpose.

This little box of watercolours is superb value for money. So handy for travelling - just slip it in your pocket and away you go. Great quality for the price.

I bought this as a half-pan container, rather than for the paints themselves. I've used the paints and they are good, it's a nice selection which works well, but in terms of the container, it's fairly well built, very compact, comes with a small 4 round and detachable lid which doubles as a small palette. Overall, happy.

The 7 year old who received this is getting a lot use to colour the pictures in her colouring book

I bought this as a lovely little Xmas gift for an artistic 7 year old, and think she will get on very well with it. Super quality - I don't believe getting a child a cheap nasty paint set is the best way to encourage a love of painting. Comes with a very nice quality brush. I bought a cartridge paper pad to complete this gift.

I'm nothing near an artist, I draw for fun. I just get this and I want to say that I really like the quality of both colours and brush. The only missed thing is "white", but I use dilution with water to make a lighter colour.
