What size would you recommend for a size 12 female? It’s saying my recommended size is XXL :o

The shirt in the picture appears orange, but states the color as red. Which color is it? The one that appears red states that it is multicolored.

What is the equivalent to a 44” chest? The sizing doesn’t make sense!
