This item is great. Power is good and worked great with my ez go golf cart 36v. I watched a few YouTube videos on converting to lithium and it works perfect. Now I finally got a battery that will last 10-15 years most likely

The recent purchase went above my expectations. Everything was delivered safely and seems to be intact. Customer service is prompt with answering questions and responding to any issues. I would like to see them add a 12 volt converter to hook up lights to the kit along with a external charger plug connection. You cannot beat the price, performance, warranty and qualty of the product. Highly recommend.

When it first arrived it was at 48% charge so I put it on the charger. The screen estimated 2 hours charge time. 3 hours later it was still charging. Screen said 100% charge but still charging. The estimated charge time changed to 144 hours. And the battery itself was making periodic clicking sounds. I immediately unplugged the charger. Plugged it back in and everything seemed right. Screen showed 100% and status was STANDBY like you would expect.But I'm worried about that first charge event. Was that normal? A one time fluke? Or indication that something is broken in the charger or the battery itself?I know how to find out. I sent a message in to Vatrer support. 4 days later......still nothing but crickets.Now I am *REALLY* worried. Maybe I have a bad product or maybe I don't but one thing is for certain.....I'm apparently on my own out here! YIKES!!!Now I can only pray that nothing goes wrong or I'm out $1600 !!"Hurry! Hurry! The media could not be loaded.  The battery works amazingly in my cart and it has so much more pep than my old lead acid batteries. The only thing is the charger turns off and on continuously after the pack is fully charged. It can’t be good for the thing to cycle that many times per hour. I reached out to the seller and have not heard back so I’m making the review so they will bump my warranty another 2 years.

I looked at a lot of batteries for my golf cart and selected this one. It came with a charger and a monitor that will show all aspects/ parameters of the battery. It is a metal encased battery and I like the on/off switch on the battery. Installation was easy and straightforward. It was not the cheapest battery. The speed and distance have increased a lot. Have only had it for a month, but very satisfied at this time.

I just purchased this and installed it yesterday. I fully charged it tried it out so far so good we'll have to comment later after I put it to the test. So far like how much lighter it is. More to come later.UPDATE,Went out for a drive and battery life is great. Way more than the old acid batteries. We go out back which is shell roads and a lot of sand. On the shell roads I can be going 5mph and gas it and it will spin the tires for like 2 ft. We have a very aggressive off road tires and it never did that even with the stock cart tires that are 18" these are 20" we went off the shell roads and in the sand and it pulled 200 amps and a few times saw 350 amps but ony for a short time. Will go out and try a long sand trail and see if 350 amps will trip the BMS. Can't believe how good this is!!!! Will update again soon.

Fits nicely between the frame rails and is hundreds of pounds lighter.Alot more powerful than the lead acid it replaced.Would not hesitate to purchase again and in fact will be for my wife's 48v Club Car
