Having used this bag for a couple of months i'm very pleased with its performance.I've been using paper bags with my henry hover for ages until I came across this product and i'm pleased i did.It's easy to use and really economical.No more paper bags for me.The actual bag has a zip in one side which when full you just unzip to empty I will say do this outside as it can get quite messy, but for the sake of the environment and not having to purchase paper bags that's fine with me.Alos a good fact with this bag is that you can wash it if needed.The bag is drum shaped and fits my Henry Hoover there was no loss of suction at all with this bag.

Looks strong but not used them yet

Ordered one of these as the price of the normal paper type bags seem so expensive and with having a hairy dog in the house (vacuuming dog bed daily) paper bags soon fill up. Plus also doing our bit for the environment being green and reusing the same cloth type bag. Basically price wise under six pounds cheap compared to the cost of using the throw away bags. Was put off buying a machine with bags but needed a Henry for kitchen tile floor and garage cleaning and will be honest and say that without these cloth bags would not have bought a Henry. A good job I found these on Amazon as at least the kitchen floor can be removed of dog hair and so easily.Looked at many reviews of these as did wonder if A) the bag might fall apart after a few uses? Well only been used a couple of times so still good. B) It might fill up in one go? Well not full yet, and that surprised me.C) The mess of emptying it out, will it be messy? Easy, really easy, just empty over bin, alright a few hairs stick but it can be washed in the machine so no problems really. D) Will the zip be beefy enough and not stick? No the zip seems sturdy enough and looks as though it should last without getting any if the teeth stuck.A point to note though I wash mine in a bag in the machine so not to get everything else washed after covered in dog hair or fluff carpet bits.Mine came in a cardboard box and in a plastic bag so well and truly packed well. Delivery was quick, the only thing is no picture or instructions on how to fit, as it does look a bit of a funny shape when taken out of the bag. But easy to fit and something that does as it says it should without costing the earth.What I did when washing it, other half filled it too full on one occasion with dog hair. (Moulting time and some of it looked stuck to the bag, he did actually think about throwing it away). Men, anyway all I did was get the dog brush and brush it out, took a time and a few strange looks as it looked more like a KKclan hat on the gate being beaten about. But all the hair came out of it and it washed just fine. So no matter how much dog hair you may have this one has been well and truly tried and it came up like new again.UPDATE. This cleaner bag has been in and out of wash more than five times now and still working just as well as when first bought same shape and no shrinking, wad thinking at first if it would stand the test of time it has even though it does get well used and totally full of dog hair.

Great bags for the hoover

This bag is washable and has a huge capacity. Highly recommended. It's MUCH better than using disposable paper bags.Update: I've been using this in my faithful Henry for many months now. It's been excellent. I've washed it several times. It goes in with the floorcloths, dusters etc. The process is:1 - empty the bag as completely as possible.2 - turn it inside out.3 - give it a good brushing (outside) with a stiff handbrush to get rid of the fluff and accumulated dust.4 - wash it.It only takes a few minutes to do the brushing. It's not pleasant work, but it IS effective and preserves your washing machine. Every time it comes up as good as new. I'm delighted with this product.

I purchased two of these bags to enable me to wash one whilst using the other. Having had experience of cloth bags before on another make of vac and finding that to be able to empty and wash same was a great advantage over the paper bags I was pleased to find that I could obtain one for my beloved Henry. The bags when received were made of thicker material than I had envisiaged and also very robust, I have not yet washed them as the Henry holds a vast amount of dust before needing to be emptied, but the bags are very well made and fit the Henry perfectly, (I had no trouble whatsoever in fitting them as they are designed to fit exactly the shape of the Henry drum and with a long zip to enable easier emptying) I do also agree with a previous reviewer in that the suction on the Henry now does seem even better. The bags arrived on time and very well packed and I would therefore recommend to anyone interested in this product that they will not be disappointed. However throwaway paper bags are still more convenient if washing a cloth bag is either impractical or a chore so really its a matter of personal choice.

Part of the bottom was not stitched.The inside of the bag is a kind of fluffy material which would hold the dust. Not very hygienic.It went back.

Zipper broke after the first use and it’s impossible to clean.

S'adapte parfaitement sur Henry utilisé depuis environ 2 ans et lavage à la main ( doit s'user plus vite si lave linge )Pour le vidage mieux vaut avoir un extérieur et éventuellement un masque à poussière ! Pratique pour récupérer les petit objets malencontreusement aspirés ...
