Excellent value for money. Mixer is solidly made and should last for years. The control dials have flat surfaces which aid gripping in wet and soapy conditions. Temperature is controlled well. No negative comments to make save that, although the outlet is on top of the mixer (important for me) there is no nut arrangement for fitting of fixed head shower units, especially those with diverter valves to accommodate. This meant that I had to search around for a half inch female to female threaded connector in order to connect my diverter. However, they are not difficult to get hold of so it may be regarded as a minor point, but an important one nevertheless. I had to opt for one made from brass, but there is a chromed one in the pipeline.

Although this unit worked fine and was easy to install, it has now failed after just 13 months which given its price, is really unacceptable. The thermostat has failed so the shower now only runs at hot or very hot. That makes it useless and I will have to buy another one. I paid a premium for this in July 2017 because it had very high customer ratings and the blurb said it was made with the best quality materials. It replaced a much cheaper one that had lasted six years. So that was a waste of money. Shame.

Arrived quickly and as described. Looks good. Easy to fit. Works very well. However, I had to buy separately a 1/2" female to 3/4" male shower mixer valve connector adaptor to connect it to my riser stem. I'm not saying such a connector should have been provided, rather a bit more info on how to connect the bar may be called for in the product description? Never the less - very happy with the product.

Purchased August 2017 failed September 2019 gradual reduction over the past couple of months in water temperature till water is now hardly aired on 38 setting, what originally appeared to be good value is detracted from due to life of cartridge the unit it replaced lasted 15 years and was only replaced at that time as an update

I purchased these mixer taps for our newly renovated bathroom and, so far, they are working a treat!!The unit was easy to instal (all fixtures & fittings included), very simple to operate and looks incredibly modern. The temperature can be controlled safely, which is essential if you have kids. There are the expected cold and hot water connectors, as well as a mixed water outlet - pretty much ticks all the boxes, and at a good price.Recommended, thanks.

Brilliant value for money, well made, easy to fit and I can live with the shower outlet being on the top as the outlet as it is usually on the bottom of the thermostatic mixer tap.Update June 2018So impressed with the product I decided to order another one as a reserve unit and at the price, definitely a bargain. Maybe not needed for some time but living in a hard water area, calcium is the enemy.

Had this product for less 8 months and it is already failing... although it arrived and looks great and install easily it appears several people have had it fail in a short period of time

Looks nice, feels solid, would make a great doorstop but unfortunately useless as a shower. Six months after install, the thermostat is dead so unless you like showers hotter than the surface of the sun, it's a no go.
