Defective or possibly just bad product.
Being familiar with Tens units and other ems devices, I was very dissatisfied with this product in general. The device had a total of 12 conductive pads and the smaller ones had two. The pads had next to no ability to adhere to the freshly cleansed and dry skin, and I had to wrap an ace wrap just to keep Device in place. I would have replaced the gel pads but the package didn't even contain enough replacement pads to replace the main unit. After trying the unit, I was able to max it out completely on the highest setting and still felt little pulse and worse, some pads produced no effect at all. Out of the three pieces, only one seemed to work as intended, and it was even maxed out in order to achieve any noticeable effect. I am hoping that it was only defective but I purchased a low price unit. Not surprised and returned product the same night I first tried it. Will be looking for another product, but I am highly disappointed with this item at nearly every angle.

Very good product
Nice packaging and very easy to use with the instruction book. During using you can feel you muscle is active and you will sweat a little bit.

I didn’t see any results
It works just like a tens machine. I didn’t get results from it but others may.

Disappointment all around
Advertised as a visually durable material. Completely flimsy and does not stay in place for positive contact. Thin flimsy plastic material (no frame, supports or structure to the device) to hold the core simulator in place and in contact with skin. No strap provided, though the side lat straps have loops for attachments, not provided. (disappointed there).... At least an elastic strap or velcro would have been more secure.Clean/shaved skin meant nothing to adhesion during use. Adhesive gel Separates from contact, multiple times during use. No structure contour or strap to hold down all points of contact for the pieces in place. 1 out of 10 for this product in my opinion.

Wasted my money
Did not stay on stomach certain parts coming off. Also did not feel current on sides. Power was not strong enough.

I would give zero stars but that is not allowed by the review setup.Do not purchase. This is a waste of time.1. The instructions are inadequate.2. The product is subpar.3. The materials used just don’t work.4. The design needs revisit.Do not purchase. Absolute waste of time.

Good for foot that get pains

Defective?
Where to start?!!! First only comes with 5 gel packs and need 6 to use it. Secondly the item was a gift to hubby and the abdominal unit and arm bands DOES NOT stay on body. I AM EMBARRASSED to say was a gift. Finally one of the battery packs that snap to give the pulsating sensation doesn’t line up correctly yo snap in too place ….which makes it pop out every few seconds. Maybe mines was a defective one?
