Hy-KoProd Co 6" Letter/Number Stencil Set

I’ll start off by saying these letters come perforated - NOT ready to use. It took me a good 15 minutes to very carefully remove each letter. The cardstock is very thin and a bit fragile. They can definitely be reused if you handle them carefully. Some of the letters come with two copies but it’s very random which ones. And this set also includes numbers and symbols which is convenient. Overall, you get what you pay for but it definitely got the job done and I’m satisfied. Just took a lot longer than expected with having to remove the perforations and be extra careful handling them.If my review was helpful, please let me know!

They did what they needed to do. I handled very gently as they are heavy paper or light cardboard and was able to get 3 uses out of them so far. I set up a word and scotch taped them together for consistency using the same word over again and also to make handling them easier. I only gave 4 stars because they could have been a little heavier. I tried to find plastic stencils but didn't see any or if I did the cost was crazy.

We wanted to use these to make a temporary sign. We had originally anticipated using spray paints but the stencils are very thin and we anticipated that they would tear when removing the masking tape so we ended up tracing the letters in pencil and hand painting the sign to preserve the use of these stencils for another occasion. I would have preferred a much more durable material.

These Number And Letter Stencils are good quality and just the right size for our needs. We took over an old National Guard Armory and wanted to maintain the military feel of the building, so are using these stencils to paint directional signs on the walls.We have used several of these a few times and they have held up nicely.Highly Recommended!CFH

It was ok

The cardstock was not "heavy duty" as promised. Separating the perforations threatened to tear the paper. Once sprayed with paint, the paper warped, making them useless for a second spray: since they will no longer lay flat, they don't perform their job of making your letters look sharp and clean.

I did not want to spend time cutting letters so I tried this out. The paper is thin so when I applied a spray paint, it got softer. I have dried the stencils and it is okay now. Hope to be able to use more than 3 times.

These decals are fine for some jobs but I purchased to spray paint. They are not rigid enough for that use so they had a lot of over spray around all edges. I am sure they would be fine it simply used just to trace.
