I bought two of these for a hobby project of mine. Basically, I needed 2 computers capable of streaming video from a few capture cards to Discord and I needed it all to be quickly and easily broken down for transport. Originally I had tried a Raspberry Pi 4, but the quality just wasn't cutting it. I picked up one of these and I was very impressed with how powerful it is considering the size! I also had a short interaction with the customer support that was very smooth and easy. Now both machines rest comfortably in a briefcase that's lighter than my desktop PC tower.My parents' are in need of a new PC soon. Usually I give them hand-me-down parts from my PC as I upgrade, but I might opt for one of these instead. It would definitely save them a lot of desk space, and honestly it might be more powerful than the PC they have now. Definitely recommend!

These guys shipped quick and service was fine. I am not gonna give them bad remarks but need to warn people about intel warrantee support. We have about 20 of these with our clients and have had a few minor failures. A few fans and a jumper circuit failure.If the PC is critical to you, intel will honor your warrantee but won’t send parts to repair.. you must loose your pc for a week or pay for advance replacement.Am not happy with the few failure I have had... I use hp mainly and out of hundreds of machines low fail rate. Intel has a great product in the NUC line but you may not want to spend the high price when there are many non-NUC options out there.

I replaced my work-at-home computer with this NUC and couldn't be more pleased. Connected a 24-inch monitor, Webcam, speakers and USB wireless keyboard and mouse in just a few minutes. Connected quickly to my wireless network, downloaded the Office suite and a few other programs I use, and was off and running. The NUC is fast and, so far at least, incredibly reliable. And all in such a tiny box. Very impressive.

I use these all the time for workstations, conference pcs, file servers. I'm addicted

Great for video conferencing. No lag, excellent streaming/video processing. Even when using backgrounds. Small enough to hang behind a tv

EDIT PLEASE READ: They worked very hard with me to compensate the money lost from buying extra windows keys, and went above and beyond to correct what happened. GREAT SERVICEJust to clarify, they say that out of every few hundred or thousand keys, a few OEM keys may not work. If your windows install doesn't activate with a valid key, make sure to let them know right away so they can fix it. Was quick to judge since it was company funds being used to purchase. Overall they offered multiple different ways to make sure that I was given the value for the product purchased. They are a good seller for this brand.The product itself came perfectly, brand new with an easy set up. The components that make it up are just fine for office work, and are a good replacement for an older machine we had. I recommend this product and will probably buy another one. I can't put pictures in this edit cause the device itself is already in circulation but I can say that the intel NUC is one of the simplest mini pcs for office with great performance . I have already purchased 3 at this point, so if you are on the fence about it then I can say it's a worthwhile device granted the specs fit your particular needs.Original Message:INVALID win10 key. This is extremely inconvenient as I now have to purchase a windows 10 key on top of the PC when clearly states in title and description that it has Win 10 home. I already have an upgrade key, so instead of just buying the Pro key, I have to spend even more for the basic Win10Home key just to upgrade using my upgrade key. This is a work PC that needs pro version utilities, so you should have just advertised as NO Win10; then I could have spent less money grabbing the correct version key online. It costs $99 for the upgrade and $129 so the total is up to $229 vs the $180 I could have paid for the key if it had been clearly stated.Just to clarify, this came with invalid key, UNACTIVATED windows. --fine if you're a home user or just don't care, but don't get if you needed activated windows.

I use this instead of my laptop for anything ham radio related and it works great for that!
