Potter's Herbals 150 ml Nod Off Mixture

The taste is pretty grim, but it does the trick - really improves my quality of sleep.

I took this for 2 nights and had my worst sleep ever! Wide awake after less than two hours - this is a record, even for me - I can usually sleep for 4 hours before waking up. This went straight in the bin - a complete waste of money.

I love this! It tastes horrid but works the best of any herbal sleep product I've tried. It's a bit expensive if you use it every night (like I do) but actually I'd pay anything for the kind of sleep I get with this!!!! I know everyone's different and it might not suit someone else as well, but I think the liquid works much better than the tablets (and you certainly feel the effect more quickly).

I've had a lot of trouble sleeping lately so thought I would give this a try. I used it for about five nights in a row and it did nothing for me. I've had more sleep taking cocodamol before I go to bed! I was very disappointed. Did not even make me a little drowsy. However, the delivery was fine - arrived when it said it would and I had a 10% off my next order voucher come with it. I would use this seller again.

Saw this advertsed in a paper as a natural remedy for sleep thought i would give it a go apart from revolting taste which i could have put up with it contains alcohol which is not what i expected or wanted
