I researched quite a while to find a kitchen scourer that would be durable, hygienic and long lasting. These had decent reviews so I decided to give them a try. I was very disappointed that the first one began to unravel within 2 days - and so did the next one - and the third one. It's a shame, as they actually do the job quite well, and perhaps I was unlucky to get a poorly finished batch. Unfortunately they cannot be returned to Amazon so I reluctantly decided to stitch up the unused ones to try and prevent the same thing happening. Hopefully that will do the trick, but I rather resent having paid for something not fit for purpose. I won't buy them again, not even from a different supplier

Don't try washing yourself with these .. it gives ring sting and mild skin problems. Also it cleans pans well..

Will stick with my usual metal ones as these are more adequate this colourful one may look nicer but they don't work as well and come apart after a couple of uses.
