This is a well made item, but is far too big for my parasol which is slotted into a garden table (the same type as the one illustrated with it). There is either 18 inches folded over at the top or folds of it splayed over the table when in place. I'm afraid it hadn't occurred to me to check the overall length measurement - I assumed (as most people do have the parasol in a table) that it would fit this situation. I did think that I would use it on my rotary washing dryer instead, but it is too long for that also! My only solution is to get the sewing machine out and alter it.

Received very quickly, I bought it to cover my rotary wash line which is large, this fits perfectly with plenty of room, it does taper a little at the top as it is for a parasol but I just rolled that up a little and used a large clip to hold it, the cover does has a zip and a tie at the bottom to close it up more, I did not need to use the zip as it fitted over perfectly, and I find zips on other covers don’t last long so I was pleased about not having to use the zip, the material is like a thick plastic hessian type and is completely waterproof, I would definatley recommend to others.

After reading all the reviews I considered this would be perfect for my large washing line but no can do, it got half way up and got stuck. The reviews are right about the cover being extra large there was plenty of it from a length point of view but not width and if it had been wide enough it would of been perfect even though it would of still been too long as you could of folded it up at the bottom. Sadly I had to return to Amazon for refund.

The cover received fine and the speed excellent. Quality of the material is good. Issue here is the item is described as suitable for a rotary clothes line. However the tail end/the top tapers in so doesn't actually go all the way down the shaft of the line. Very suitable for parasols undoubtedly but not clothes lines sadly. But it covers enough and looks like a smurfs hat now and actually grown to like it.....

This product arrived on time although that was a bonus. It fits well and protects my line. Heavy duty does what it says. Thank you so very much for sending this cover to me in Lock down. Thank you to all the staff and stay safe. Clapping you. xxxx

This seems like quite a good cover and I have used it as the weather hasn't been that good. I cover the parasol when not in use to keep it looking good. On the third time of using it, the top seam failed and I had to re-stitch it. The fabric binder had barely caught the edge of the material in the seam so consequently, it failed. It was the fault of the person who stitched it and it is now fine thanks to my stitching skills.Weatherproof.

I must have received a defective parasol cover as, after only being outside for a day and a night, the material split away from the zip. I wouldn't describe it as heavy duty nor as durable but you get what you pay for. I wouldn't recommend. It's worth paying more for a quality cover and this isn't it. Item has been returned for a full refund.

An excellent cover for my large garden parasol. Very generously sized although the material isn't quite as sturdy as expected but to be fair, that doesn't mean it isn't strong enough for the job. Time will tell.
