Not the cheapest of products but when you work out the cost of a single meal it's ok. I just didn't like the taste though.

This is my third week on the Go Figure diet regime. I have adhered to it strictly but to be honest it hasn't been as difficult as I imagined. I have a ravenous appetite and could not imagine that a couple of shakes and a snack bar could satisfy my hunger. The shakes are very filling and sometimes I have been unable to drink a whole glass of water afterwards as advised due to feeling full. This fullness lasts but is not accompanied by the crashing low and lethargy/tiredness that usually accompanies some products leading to self-defating cravings. Instead I have felt surprisingly light and energetic and am more motivated and productive at work and at rest. I have dropped a couple of notches on my belt and my strength has not diminished (I do weights and so supplement with a protein shake postworkout). Muscular strength has been maintained and this is new for me. I had previously always equated size with strength; turns out I can lift just as much and be leaner too. Thus far I have shed just over half a stone and have just ordered more shakes. I prefer the vanilla flavour to the chocolatey one and the choc orange bars to the peanut ones. It is quite difficult to discern whether the weight loss is due to the lasting fullness or the new microbial garden that is being transplanted into my gut. I don't know how you would tell and maybe they work together to achieve this. Bottom line: who cares? It works! This is patented technology made a British Company called Optibiotix Heath Ltd and has Tim Spector (author of The Diet Myth) on its board. Once I have reached my desired size/weight/shape profile then what? Do I need to continue with say one shake a day or will the lactobacillus plantarum colony die away or does it need to be maintained? I'm sure as this product becomes established and the science behind its mechanism of action becomes widely known, the answer will emerge. I really don't mind being a guinea pig for this new technology as so far I have noticed no adverse effects at all. The money I have saved through not snacking on junk food and the gains made in productivity more than offset the financial cost of the product.

These are not very nice. They taste average but the texture is thick and like melted ice cream. Previously tried Forever protein shakes as part of C9 cleanse, which was much nicer. Won't buy again.

just finished my last shake and I am going to order some more today , I lost over 1 week say around 5 to 6 pounds which I am happy with. these shakes are only 200 cals a pop and they really fill you up ,the directions say one for breakfast one for dinner and a healthy meal for tea but sometimes you are that full you don't need two shakes , so just make your evening meal a bit bigger my tea were around 700 cal so with 2 shakes around 1100 cals , I also had a banana or 2 which lifted my calories to around say circa 1400, great taste very filling and do the job quick tip if using the blender put your water in first then powder its smoother and the blender is easier to clean under the blades also I am a manc so I say breakfast dinner and tea on the instructions it say breakfast lunch and dinner ha

After really building myself up to getting into a diet. I was decidedly underwhelmed by both the shake and the results. Or to be more precise, the lack of results! I’ve been at it 4 days and i’m actually heavier than when I started! Admittedly I still have just over two weeks worth of product to go but i’m not holding my breath on this one!

This is definitely a great product and after only 3 days feeling good about it. Not hungry between shakes and feeling better for it. Lost a pound so far. Confident this will work!Now after 2 weeks my partner who is using this product is losing weight and feeling fitter and healthier. Also feels slimmer and clothes are looser fitting

Big help as part of a diet. Also helps with constipation. Recommended if a bit expensive
