Touch button is not working well. Only power button is working. I cannot choose other cooking mode and cannot set the time and temperature smoothly. I think seller send me the defects. Requested refunded.

I had procured recently and tried and tested it. It is good air fryer.. but only concern is the excessive heat it creates in the body.. after we single cooking you can't touch the body due to the heat it create.. also they don't have any youtube video on the operation of this brand. If you any video kindly intimate us..

Good, fast charging, but I docked a point because my iphone get's a message at around 85% charge saying the "charging is on hold until battery cools off". I'm using an iphone 14Pro.

I wanted to start out on a cheaper, larger air fryer to see if it was something I would use frequently. I chose this model because the capacity seemed adequate and the price was right. I've owned around 5 air fryers. They all did a decent job. through trial and error, I've found that the best features are what separates them apart. One is the size and shape of the basket. Square is the most useful for food to load and heat best. The controls are the most precise when they are touch and digital. This Empire Air Fryer 4.5L with Non-Stick Basket has all of this plus. but what was the most useful were the lists of recipes you can just look up and touch a button from the app and it sets up everything on the fryer. Amazing selections too! It does a great job of cooking, very quick and very quiet. Love the high temp setting of Minimum: 80 C. Most air fryers only go up to Maximum: 210°C. The high temp is excellent for crisping up that steak and still having a medium, juicy inside. I look forward to making many more things with this awesome air fryer. I'd buy this again and will recommend it to family and friends. It's also a great bargain for the priced

Tape is transparent, non-shining and adhesive. Tape dispensers are good quality and easy to use.

When connected to power the On/Off power light comes on but when touch it no display of selection. Only the on/off power light comes on. I can not go any further as no the option lights do not come on when the power on/off light is touched. Please test the item before shipping. Either replace it or cancel my order thank you
