RSVP International Fantastic Food Fork Set of 3, Stainless Steel, 10x2x0.75"

Great for blending roux or gravies. Lumps seem to disappear with a few strokes of this fork.

Have used to blend in shortening in flour, scramble eggs and lift food in skillet. I'm very pleased with the results and am ordering more for gifts.

The handle is spot welded and one of the three came broken from weld at handle, but Amazon sent replacement immediately. I checked and the other two have good spot welds. I don't use these for blending any heavy doughs as the weld could break, I suspect, as one of these did. But I have used for years blending dry ingredients, cooking and serving spaghetti, poached eggs, casseroles and lifting meatloafs and roasts from pans. These are the best and I highly recommend them for lighter duty cooking and baking. I called the manufacturer and they said they would look into the spot weld problems I and others have had.11/23/2023 When Amazon processed replacement they said to ignore any request to return broken utensil and I would not be charged for replacement on invoice 9/24/2023. Today Amazon Charged me for the replacement because I had not returned the original order, even though they had told me not to return them. I gave other two away from the original order because we had no use for them.

Been looking for these for years!! So excited to finally find them!!

I wasn’t sure the fork part wouldn’t snap off with my dough mixing but so far so good: still on there!
