Smells like maple syrup
As soon as I open the bottle, you can smell the maple in the air I bought it because it’s hot in LA and I sweat a lot. This helps with that and you don’t sweat under your arms I don’t and you don’t have to wear deodorant I haven’t worn deodorant since I’ve been taking these pills it works for me And my works for you

Good for increasing milk supply
When my baby was in the NICU the lactation specialist said to get a supplement that is at least this many milligrams. Lots of the supplements are less and do nothing. I take these morning and night, 2 capsules each time.Definitely increases my supply but you have to be patient. Anything to increase milk supply takes a couple of days to see the increase.
