Quick read, good content
The font is difficult to read and my reader would.not.allow.me to change it. The content was a good overview and starting point for research.

Everything you need to know about POTS!
This book discusses everything revolving around POTS, where current medical research is and how to cope with it on a daily basis. The book goes into discussing multiple symptoms that a patient may experience and tries to focus on some of the causes and types. Overall its a comprehensive book which is written in a manner that can easily convey its message to a non-medical background reader. Will highly recommend it.

Very insightful!
Thank you for putting all of the pertinent information together in one place for POTS patients. This book taught me some information about my syndrome that I wasn’t aware of.

Good information
This book had loads of helpful information for those looking at a potential diagnosis of POTS. The only reason I gave it 4 stars instead of 5 was that it was written with really heavy medical jargon. As a registered nurse, this was easy for me to understand but it may be confusing to someone without a medical background. Thanks!

Same information more easily available on the internet
Reads like a high school term paper written by a B-student whose parents did not speak English as their first language. With super-wide margins and lots of unecessary words to pad the length, this is an overly simplistic article awkwardly stretched to book length. Makes me wonder if it was self published.

This book is an excellent example of clear and concise explanation of this misdiagnosed, under-diagnosed illness. Thank you for helping me better understand this subject!!!

Don't waste your time
I'd like to say that there are pros and cons to this book, but unfortunately, I struggle to find much in the way of pros. The book for starters is much more a pamphlet size and can easily be read within an hour or two, and feels on the cheaper side in regards to the production. The author appears to write books on a wide variety of topics from POTs syndrome, to plates, to wood working etc whilst not really being able to grasp more than a basic understanding of any of these topics. This book feels very much as though articles from Wikipedia have been copy and pasted, giving very basic information to what POTS is, treatments available and lifestyle changes. Often times the information appears to contradict previous excerpts of the book.If you or someone you know has been diagnosed with POtlTS, or you suspect they have, you'll have already read more information online before finding this book, and will garner absolutely nothing new from the book.I would in no way recommended this book. If you are looking to trulybunderstand POTS syndrome and the impact on life it has, I would instead advise buying the Passport Trifecta, a well written book on the condition, as well as common comorbidities.

Too basic
More of a pamphlet than a book. No personal stories or examples which I would have liked to read about. Some medical information also seem inaccurate with quite a lot of spelling mistakes
