Good quality flour. Has been used greedily in chickpea and turmeric pancakes. Will order more.

Inigo Herbs Organic Chickpea flour is fabulous, high protein, love fat and so versatile
I am experimenting using in lost of vegan recipes, so far have made pancakes and also what is similar to a sanish omlette frying all the veg and onions in a pan and then adding the chickpea flour simply mixed with water. Its delicious, filling and easy to make. Not sure how I survived without this in my store cupboard.

Really good quality, fresh flour. However it is quite coarsely ground compared to some other gram flour I have used.

Sustitución genial para la harina de trigo
Tengo que comer sin gluten y esta harina me permite hacer bizcochos caseros.. y con bastante mejor apariencia que con harina de maíz. Te permite hacer las mismas recetas que con harina de trigo.. cambiando sólo este ingrediente. El envase genial y viene muy bien molida.

muy buen producto
Mi nueva es intolerante al huevo, harina de trigo y de maiz y queria hacerle unas croquetas que le gustan mucho y me han salido estupendas, ademas de la tortilla de patata, gracias a esta harina va a poder comer muchas cosas que de otra forma no podria.
