Good quality and good service! Just be aware that it could be contaminated with gluten, in case you are gluten intolerant.

I shopped in a hurry for flour alternatives so I could bake for a coeliac friend and didn't notice the "may be contaminated" warning. I can't risk using it because the effects would be so serious if it does have even a small amount of gluten. Seller, please don't say it's gluten free if you're not sure!
