I bought this bag specifically for a holiday to Bulgaria (7 nights) - I loved the look of it and the picture is very accurate (its slightly darker in reality though).The bag has 1 small external zip pocket around the size of a wallet and 1 internal zip pocket around the size of a DVD case. Big enough for passports etc. the inside also has a laptop(notebook) size pocket and a Velcro strap to provide safety. The main compartment zip gives pretty good access to the Bag and I found it great.Where the shoulder straps are there is a kangaroo type pouch and when they're not needed they tuck into the pouch, I found that the shoulder straps were very useful when travelling through the airport and the pouch very useful for travel documents :) the shoulder strap provided was good but I did.not need it.You can hold the bag in so many ways and for the price it is really durable! I found so many reviews saying broken zips etc and I nearly ended up not buying this style bag but I'm so glad I did! Its perfect hand luggage size, I got enough clothes in for 7nights in a hot country (shorts + light t-shirts..). addressing the SIZE of the bag: I heard it was tiny in Size and not like the pics. In a way ... yes and no. Its big enough to basically fit 2.5 basket balls inside (Make your own mind up from that but I'm a 5'9" medium build guy and this it fit me well, if a bit tight. again, the shoulder straps are a blessing!All in all I'd recommend this bag to anyone! If the shoulder straps don't fit you then the single strap will.. it looks great, its really quite big, great price and it feels really durable. It survived Bulgaria and nothing has broken.. I think I had 6-7 kg of luggage inside + a bottle of vodka my friend slipped in before I went through security... no tears or damage From the weight.FYI I'm putting a thorough review because the bad reviews almost made me not buy this.

Brilliant functionality, fantastic design and extremely practical as I travel quite a lot. The different ways to carry the bag is ideal. It has a laptop insert and a mini pocket under the top opening. My only fault with the item, and why I have given it 2 stars is that within 4 days of having the item, the metal buckle that holds the clip in place on the long strap snapped off causing my bag with my laptop in it to land topside down on the floor. My bag only had my laptop and a pair of shoes and jeans in it. I did not return the item as I had plans to replace the strap with something more comfortable anyways. Size from the weakness of the metal buckles, this is a bag I would recommend to anyone.

Not suitable for heavy weight at all. Used this bag straight after it arrived and had problems with metallic belt joints, they kept opening and I dropped it on ground a few times.

Do not buy! Straps broke when I put the bag on for the first time.Then used the shoulder strap and these started fo bend and come loose.Very dissapointed!!Stear clear

This is exactly the bag I needed. Great quality, delivered bang on time, happy out.

Happy enough with this. The look is spot on as I wanted - just retro enough. Because things load from the end it makes it tricky putting clothes etc in but otherwise really pleased.

Not quiet as it looks in the image, doesn't fold away brilliantly, but its a nifty bag and perfect for sports gear at the gym. One piece of advise if you do buy this bag, is to wax and waterproof it, if you live somewhere where it rains a lot (Wales!) then it's internal lining isn't enough to keep everything inside dry.

The bag is cheap, but on my first use the long strap instantly broke at the buckle. Since then both shoulder straps have ripped straight off the bag at the base. The backpack is now just a sack with only the two handles to carry it around, with both shoulder straps dragging along the ground uselessly. A very, very poor product.
