A great, absorbing & satisfying craft to do with a child.
This is the first of a few in the range I have now made with my 9 year old son, we really enjoyed working together on it. They are made from such strong, sturdy card and it's really helpful that most parts are pre-cut (you will need a craft knife to free them and also to completely cut out detail from the thinner card). We used Uhu glue as it's very quick to dry - I can imagine it would be fiddly with PVA but they recommend you clamp it if you use the latter. It was a good choice to start on as not too complicated and the instructions are very easy to understand. My son could not believe the finished fire station, he was amazed at our achievement and how 'wonderful' it looked; it is also very strong. We just need to see some HST's whizzing past now. Will definitely make more - I don't know who enjoyed it more my son or me; a great craft to do together but would be too fiddly for a young child on their own.

Sadly an accessory sheet was missing from the (sealed) pack.
These kits are lovely. Beautifully designed and precisely drafted.Sadly, in this case, 'Accessory Sheet A' was missing in the pack (fully sealed at manufacture - so not at all the retailer's fault) and I have emailed and written to makers Superquick asking for a replacement sheet.I am looking forward to being able to get on with the build once it arrives. Some content on the missing sheet is needed right at the beginning of the process so I currently am a bit held up. (The missing sheet has now arrived from the manufacturer so all is well.)

Absolutely terrible
Absolutely terrible. The only good thing about this model would be the detail. It’s hard to construct and I do not recommend this model or brand to people who are starting off modelling
