Work up a sweat
I liked this Dvd as it's for Women of all ages. Great to have someone like Lorraine taking part not instructing makes it easier to relate to her. I found it easy to get into the routine and enjoyed it.

Great fun workout!
A great work out! It takes me back to the aerobics classes I used to go to in the local village hall in the late 80s (even some of the music)!! Nothing much seems to have changed since I last did this sort of work out but at least I know all the moves and it really does work over a period time. I've exercised on and off all my life but in the last 2 years have let it go a bit. Hoping that all changes now. Max is a brilliant teacher and full of fun and encouragement. Don't be put off by mainly seeing above waist shots, it's not that difficult to learn the moves and you do get to see foot action somewhere in all the routines. I would highly recommend to anyone looking to get fit 'again' or even start from scratch. It is quite lengthy with the warm up and cool down but you can do each section in 20 mins so maybe pick a section to do with the warm up and cool down - which means you'll do some every day. That's what I hope to do ...... watch this space!

Genuinely Quite Fun! (And I Haaaaate Working Out)
I like this waaaay more than any other fitness DVD I've ever used. I genuinely despise exercise but this is actually quite enjoyable even though the music isn't quite to my taste (call me when they make a workout DVD with metal tracks. xD)Maxine actually grew on me, at first I couldn't stand the constant 'Oh my Godddd, girls' but I found her really motivating and likeable once I got past that. I think my only real issue would be that the warm-up is LITERALLY six minutes of the same two exercises. It's a real chore to get through every time and a bit of a change-up would have been welcome. Still, would highly recommend, especially for people who would prefer to forget they're working out.

Sorry Lorraine...
I'm sorry, I feel like I'm letting Lorraine down by saying this, but I get bored half way through. Most people choose this dvd because they like Lorraine Kelly, as did I. I almost feel she's not even there for moral support. She is telling you, "trust this instructor, this is what she did for me".I've done this dvd twice now, and this is what I can say about it:Negatives:-I heard it was all 90's songs, its not. A lot of them are ones you have forgotten, but aren't happy they've been resurrected. I got excited when they played 'moves like jagger', but that was the most exciting song.-The moves aren't very exciting. Its very repetitive, I think that's why I keep turning it off early.-Most of the moves are using your arms, with very little leg work. There is a lot of work on your waist, using your arms.-The dvd is too long, most exercise classes are an hour, including the warm up and down, this I think was an hour and 20.-I own a couple of Davina exercise dvds, and Davina feels a lot more friendlier, like she's in the same boat as you, giving you moral support. Better than the only thing we get from Lorraine, which is 'that was so much fun' at the end of each workout.Positives:-Every time I have done it, I have got a stitch, so it shows its working.-On the 2 times I have done it, I felt if I kept going, doing it once or twice a week I would eventually reach Lorraine's size.-The instructor is very friendly and nice. Some people have said how annoying it is for her to say 'oh my god' so many times, but I've barely noticed.-There is an option to mute her instructions and just watch and listen to the music. This feature was really good.Other things to mention:-She has a 20 minute talk at the end with the instructor, saying how to cope, which was nice. However, I would have liked subtitles here (I have a toddler), but there were none.-The dvd felt more like you were at an exercise class than any other dvd I have done. So, in conclusion, if you want to lose weight, this works. Just hope you'll like the music!

Looking for exercise that's fun? Look no further.
I hate exercise, I'm a short, chubby mum that works full time and has no time whatsoever but I love this dvd. I have never been a Lorraine Kelly fan either since I've never had time to watch breakfast tv but after 4 weeks of exercising with her, I have to say she's pretty awesome, as is the instructor Max. What I love about this dvd is the great music, the brilliantly comedic instructor that says just the right thing in the right place and the thrill of being able to follow the routine and have fun while getting fit. I used this once a day 5 days a week (because I loved it so much) and ate sensibly and lost 12lb in 3 weeks and it was actually fun, something that I wanted to squash in my day unlike most other keep fit videos that leave me dreading putting it back in the dvd player. If you hate exercise but love music, having a laugh and want to get rid of some bingo wings - give this one a try!

Give it a go, it is a good workout.
This DVD is cheerful and fun to do.The whole workout is done standing up which suits me as by the time I get on the floor the exercise is usually over and I have to get up again missing the next one to!So this is great if you struggle to et up and down. It is very energetic but also very easy to adapt and make it easier and slow the pace down a bit.It is set out in three 20 minute workouts so you can do as little or as much as you like. It is a nice change , to do this as rather than direct exercise its more like dance and exercise and have a laugh at the same time.It is filmed in an actual class with probably a few more participants than usual but its nice to see different age groups, sizes and abilities instead of just one or two people as on some DVDs.Update:I have worked through this DVD several times now and I can really feel the difference in my fitness levels. I feel as though I have really worked hard and built up a sweat and feel really good afterwards, much better than Lorraines previous DVD`s.
