I've been having some shoulder pain due to hunching while at work. This product seems to work well for keeping my shoulders in place and even after just one day my shoulders feel so much better. The item is well made, very adjustable. It takes some getting used yo comfort wise but I think that's to be expected when correcting bad posture. Fot what it is it's relatively comfortable.

I’m not a sweaty person but having the padded straps right up in my underarms was uncomfortable and sweaty. I don’t enjoy wearing it because the second you slouch, it hurts so I guess that’s what makes it work!

It’s very hard to put on. If you can’t handle instructions then do not buy it. It was very complicated and I had to watch 4 YouTube videos to figure it out. It’s a decent product but way too hard to put on.

This works really well. It helps keep your shoulders back so you keep a good posture.You can wear this while working at your desk, working out or even just lounging around the house.It was affordable as well.
