I have been taking probiotics daily for a few months, so when trying out this “for women” NUTRETURE brand, I can’t say I have noticed a difference with the added cranberry fruit powder. All the strains of probiotics listed on the women’s bottle are the same as the ones listed on the men’s bottle. So only the cranberry and artichoke root are different, claiming to promote urinary health & vaginal pH balance.Yet the amount of cranberry extract in each capsule is insignificant compared to amounts used in most scientific studies I could find. So as a general probiotic for humans, i would say the Nutreture capsule is comparable to others on the market, and the 50 billion CPU of probiotics is more impressive than a small amount of cranberry extract. You only need to take one veggie capsule before bed each night -which is easy enough to do —to wake up with better digestion in the morning. The bottle will last two months at under $10/ month. All the ingredients are gluten free and non GMO.
