it is an economical product, which means you will get what you paid for.Comfort levels are not that great, but if you are not a frequent flyer this is good product for the money.the product feels more stiff, gives good support but you need 20-30% compression to get the comfort, which it doesn't, hardly goes 10% to original.

It's totally worth full soft and comfortable

I used this neck support for a nonstop 16-hour flight and regretted the decision. The material will make your neck sweat which adds to the discomfort. Your head is supposed to be held more or less in a vertical position if you tilt it left or right. This neck pillow performs like a roll of airline blanket that you stick behind your head. The manufacturer obviously did not field-test the product. So, what is my personal recommendation as a disappointed user? Go with a cheaper neck pillow you can find on the web or at the airport. In fact, you should consider an "inflatable" neck-rest. I have been flying economy for 52 years and highly recommend carrying a neck pillow for flights exceeding 10 hours.
