Does seem to help with calm sleep maybe, although the smell doesn't linger for long on the bedclothes and not such a lovely smell as pure lavender oil, but will stick with it now I've bought it as it's not too expensive.

This item was purchased on behalf of my wife. We had already purchased this through their advert in a national newspaper. It gives a pleasant aroma in the bedroom but we are undecided whether or not it induces sleep. My wife feels it does but I am not so sure. This may be down to the fact that I have problems sleeping.
