This is a great product to use between visits to your hairdresser. I was surprised at how good it worked when I applied it to the area around the natural part in my hair. The color was exactly what I expected and matched my hair exactly.

Following directions, adding a couple minutes longer, still grey. It smells good though and is simple to use. Won’t buy it again

the smell is awful when putting on and after washing my hair. such a bad chemical smell. will not use again.the only thing i liked was the applicator.

I was hopeful this would be good to cover gray hair, but the color seemed to wash out in a couple of weeks. The Clairol root touch up seems more permanent.

This product claims to cover greys. Did not cover not even one of mine. All this stuff did was wash down the sink. My hair looks the same as when I started. I want my money back but Amazon won't let me return this awful product. L'Oreal should be ashamed selling this crap. Women need products to say what they state will happen. I'm really angry
