After 3 kids I can safely say this is one of the best baby toys I have ever bought, well worth the money!My baby loved it from 3-10 months approx. It not to heavy, easy for little hands to hold and the way it changes colours when you move it is a wonderful sensory treat. Excellent for teaching cause and effect.It has a gentle rattle sound.The orange bits are great for gnawing on especially when the gums are sore, they’re the perfect size.The toy is easy to wipe over too with no awkward nooks or crannies.

Great! Wanted a light-up toy for my baby to have in the car while it's dark out. This one is great because he can shake it, chew it and look at the lights, but it'll turn off if we leave it in the car and won't run the battery down. It seems easy for him to hold, the colours are nice. He hasn't really tried chewing it yet so I can't comment on that, but otherwise a great purchase.

Amazing rattle. This is my second child so I know how most baby rattles just do not get played with for more than 3 seconds and how hard babies find to hold them. I also know that tethers just get dropped as they aren’t very interesting and often hard to hold. I’ve even had the glove teethers and they were used once. Edith absolutely loves this rattle, it goes everywhere with us. She’s been able to hold and chew it and shake it since 2.5 months and she’s now nearly 7 months and still loves it, as soon as she sees it her legs are kicking and she’s smiling and grabbing it off us. I’ve seen reviews saying it’s not worth the money; trust me, it is as it keeps her good for ages. It’s a great sensory toy with the lights and noise and the silicone bits for chewing on. It’s really easy for them to hold and get in their mouth. The colour also changes really easily, slight vibration And it changes but our batteries are still original and it’s had 5 months of daily use and it’s still going strong. Highly recommend it as a gift for a new baby; it was bought for us and I now get one for anyone with a new baby. Every person I know who has it says how it’s their babies favourite toy. Highly recommended!!

Bought this for my 4 month old granddaughter for Christmas and it was probably the best little toy she had. It is a perfect little size for her to grasp her little hand around, light enough for her to hold for some time and to take with her everywhere she goes. The colour changing light is so clever, it keeps her attention while still having the noise of the rattle. She also loves the 2 little teethers on the top and loves to suck on them. Overall it is such great value for money and I would recommend as an early, interesting toy for babies.

Bought for my 3 month old boy.This was a near brilliant toy. It is small and with a thin handle so very easy for little hands to hold... And in theory with a light shake the light comes on, and more shaking will change the light colour... Also base turns and when you shake it, it also rattles. However its not with a light shake to activate, and quite frankly took a very vigorous shake from my husband and I to work the lights! Also he poked himself with it... The crab eye got him right in his eye!!! So I will now have to keep my eye on him when playing with it.Was almost tempted to buy another to see if it also was difficult to activate the lights... Will have to check the other reviews again. Will update if I do...Update. Did not buy another as the baby loved it anyway. It's still his favourite rattle to play with at 10 months. Especially now he doesn't keep wacking himself with it. Loves loves loves to chew on it now his teething is in full swing. Even when we go in playdates my friends kids will always try to take it to play with. So to be honest, this is definitely one to get.

I like to keep this on my desk. When my (7mo) Son comes to sit with me he likes to grab just about everything he can get his hands on!I noticed that he was fascinated by my wireless headset, which has a red LED on the side. So I decided to take to Amazon to find a child-friendly LED tool.This has been great. It does exactly what I hoped it would. Even though it usually ends up on the floor after a few minutes, it acts as a perfect distraction for me to move anything else out of reach!It has three colours - each bright and appealing - the colours are changed by motion of the item (shaking, banging etc). This adds some intrigue, with my son wondering why/how to change it.It's also chewable. The antennae are made of some sort of firm rubber-like material, there's enough flex in these for them to chew.The handle is just the right size for a small hand to grip. I wouldn't recommend submerging in water or steaming to sterilise. I don't think it would survive, but the surface is definitely wipeable to remove germs.Add to this a fair price, and I think this is a good buy for a "quick win" toy to cause a 5 minute distraction. Very glad I bought it.

My son (5 months) loves this. It's easy for him to hold and seems well balanced so he can manoeuvre it but maintain a firm hold. The eyes are great to chew on, I've bought a few different specific teethers but this seems to be the most satisfying for him. It makes noise which he also enjoys - when he's not chewing it he likes to shake it, or we play "where is the noise". He's not interested in the lights at the moment, maybe that'll change.

My baby loves this rattle. Got it for him at 3 months, it's really easy to hold in his little hand and nice and light.It is hard plastic though, when he was first given it, he immediately swung it around and conked his head. But lesson learned he never hit himself with it again.He now at 8 months uses it for teething and chews on the orange bits.It's a lovely rattle and I have brought it for many other babies

The toy arrived not working. Either the batteries are old, or the mechanism itself does not work inside. Thrown away money.

Bought it when my son was a month old. Still his favourite at 6 months. This is one toy which can immediately stop him from crying. Has knobs he can chew upon. Wipes clean easily. Used souch that the battery drained out. But we replaced them and its good as new.
