I ordered it as a Christmas gift for my aunt. As I wasn’t 100% happy with my previous travel mug(I am extremely picky when it comes to travel mugs) I decided to order this one give one to her and keep one for myself. I loved the white one so much that I kept it for myself. I have been using for almost a month now and I am very happy with it. It looks nice, and keeps my tea hot for hours. It only leaked once but I haven’t closed it properly.I love that it has got the straw. It will be perfect for the summer for ice lattes and icy drinks.

*Update to review*After leaving the below review, I was contacted by the seller they apologised for the damaged/faulty cup and were kind enough to issue a full refund. They also kindly sent the cups out again free of charge! The customer service received was very pleasant, and I was assured further stock would be better checked before sending out to customers, they have also passed the issue on to the supplier to avoid it happening again to others :)Disappointed.When removed from box I noticed multiple scratches/marks on the black mug. After going to use them for the first time, the black mug leaked coffee everywhere, the cream mug was fine ans actually kept water hot for longer than I expected. Shame about the black one as that is the one I wanted more.

Quick delivery for these pack of 2 coffee mugs, they are very stylish and durable.Me and my husband love it immediately after we received it. We can use it at home, or in the car. These are simple and practical, it is 2 ways to drink, the lid with 2 ways to drink, easily drink through the straw as cold drink, and also flip the lid to drink hot drinks, so convenient. They are leak-proof, the double wall insulation design ensures drinks are kept warm for or cold, so it is all season adaptable. Easy clean with dish cloth or brush as well. I chose black and green pack, there are more colour choice on Amazon shop. Great mug for self use or as a gift for anyone.

Brilliant design, size and finish.I am a bit disappointed as the white mug's lid does not lock properly to prevent leakage. Small closing lip doesn't click upon closing and spills are unavoidable.Black one is perfect, used it today with hot coffee, it kept it toasty for a long time and there was no spillage in my bag - very important, as I am always on the move.Mugs came with detachable straws and a cleaning brush for them.I would have rated it 5 stars if both worked correctly.

Really disappointed with these cups. I bought them to cut down on using single use cups and was delighted to find one that was spill proof and thermal.The first couple of times that I used the cup it either spilled or else my coffee was cold an hour after making it.Today, I checked the rubber seal, put coffee in it, closed it very tight and then lay it on its side to see if there would be any leaks before putting it in my bag.After a few minutes I heard a pop and looked to see that the lid had burst off and hot coffee had spilled everywhere. Luckily my three year old was not close to it. Would much prefer if this was a positive review as had been really looking forward to using these!

Great value on this pack of 2 cups. Keeps hot drinks hot for hours with no leaking.

The media could not be loaded.  Although the actual packaging of the mugs was open when I opened the Amazon bag, both were intact and working fine. The straw brush was also included and as you can see from the video, very easy to put in place. These are so aesthetically pleasing! The “white” mug isn’t white but beige with a brown straw clip which is beautiful. They tighten properly, thankfully, as I saw a review which said they’d arrived fault. I’m still to test it with hot and cold drinks but so far so good! Would definitely recommend as it’s an absolute bargain and definitely value for money!

None drip great product

This is such a great cup, it holds both hot and cold. It is double sided, one side is sippy cup with a straw, the other is a pour spout like a regular coffee mug. Super leakproof. I dropped it and nothing came out. The added lock on the sippy side is great. Keeps everything in place. Keeps iced coffee cold and keeps hot coffee hot. Only thing I would say is the size might be too small for some but this thing is great. I love that it came in a set of two so we aren’t fighting to use it. Great gift idea or for anyone who likes to keep cups in the office and at home.

L'unica cosa ho notato si fa un po' di ruggine sul bordo esterno ma non è a contatto con il liquido quindi no problema.Spedizione rapida e imballo integro, un buon prodotto
