Very poor customer service and garment quality in instance
1 pair of Jogging Bottoms 2 un-sewn zips and fifteen emails later I got my returns label. They state: "Boston Cothing is committed to providing each customer with the highest standard of customer service." THIS IS NOT THE CASE ....... I would have accepted a simple replacement ten emails ago but fifteen is taking the p.

Delivery was spot on . I phoned the Boston company for advice, and they were really helpful and took a lot of time over my request. The jogging bottoms are unbelievable quality for the price. Overall excellent.
