Simply the best in its class
Simply the best! Needed to buy a keyboard attachment to make it easier to use for word processing, but the sheer quality of the retinal screen, the ease of functionality and the speed of response is just awesome. A modern technical masterpiece.

Nearly new ipad in good condition
iPad is in good condition and works well - as expected. It arrived with a charger that was not an Apple product plus it did not work. I contacted the seller who agreed to send me an Apple charger. I did receive another charger but not an Apple one.

Mis-sold a refurbished item against an order placed and confirmed by Amazon for a new one
This order was placed in March 2019 for a NEW Apple Ipad Mini. It was duly received and all was seemingly well until 10 days ago when a problem with the Home button occurred. Being out of Warranty it was taken to a local Apple Authorised Repairer . On inspection they found that the item delivered was NOT NEW it was/is in fact a poorly refurbished Ipad mini with non genuine Apple parts.I have comments and several pictures from the Authorised Apple Repairer to substantiate their findings and if Amazon do not respond to this within the next 10 working days i.e. by Friday 4th February 2022 I will be considering all other options available to me.

Great product but comes with europium plug.
I bought this mini I Pad for when I travel as it's such a good size and very light . It takes amazing pictures,,,.The only negative was it came with a European plug they did say, They would send another one but I have not received it.

US model, dispatched from US
Ordered from Tower Tech Shop marketplace seller. Appears to be new, however it was dispatched via Fedex from NY state USA, and on opening in the box it appears to be a US model as the charger has a US plug, not a UK 3 pin plug. The iPad itself appears to be new and works fine.

This was a replacement for my old iPad. Was easy to set up using my iPhone arrived on time as well expected pleased with it
