DC Collectibles DC Comics New 52: Red Hood Action Figure

I'm a huge Batman fan but the Arkham Seres figures really cought my attention an even tho this Redhood is not an arkham series figure it's fits in like it was made for it this is the quintessential Redhood the articulation is second two none his 2 45. Caliber hand guns fit inn is hands perfectly while his forearm blades can be put in the open position u see in this picture or folded back to allow for posing in other ways the paint is incredibly done his mask is blood red can has this cold butcangry lookvan feel to it the jacket is textured an so well designed uncanny see the zipper tracks an also unloved how it's the same type of brown leather used for riding motorcycles it's so well made u can see the overlapping button shut air tight collier must buy for any Jason Todd reh hood fan or serious batman collector

I just received my Red Hood yesterday and all I can say is fantastic. The joints are tight especially the ankles so it can stand on its own and I like that. The guns fit perfectly in its hands or in the holsters. Not real crazy about the blades but not going to argue the point. Love the mask, would like to see a Red Hood figure from Batman Under the Red Hood with the helmet style mask maybe removable or interchangeable heads to have Jason unmasked as well.Will definitely be buying Arsenal and Starfire to complete the Outlaws.

Great looking figure but has a very unpleasant feel to it. Then again im not a huge red hood fan.

AWESOME!! AWESOME!! This is a perfect addition to my collection.. LOVE the detail on him, he stands real good on his own and just an overall great product design.

The sculpt and paint work on this figure are excellent and very comic accurate. Whether or not you like the "lips" and "nose" sculpted on the helmet is obviously an asthetic choice, but you cannot deny that it matches the Kenneth Rocafort art from the comics. The articulation is also pretty good. I became accustomed to the old DC Direct figure articulation which was always very limited, and so, this is a huge step up. The head is a ball joint, there are cut biceps, and a limited hinge on the elbow, which is restricted due to the jacket sculpt. Also, both the gauntlets and the wrists have a cut joint, allowing for various poses for the arms. There is not waist articulation. which is a real shame, but the legs have a great ball joint, and the joints for the knees and ankles allows for some pretty deep stances.The biggest complaint I have seen is the blades on the gauntlets. They are technically comic accurate, but only appeared in one issue I believe. They are also unwieldy and easily breakable. The first time I posed this figure one of them broke off and had to be glued in place! Bummer! Overall, this is quite a good figure and a worthy addition to any new 52 action figure collection.

I was really looking forward to this since I'm a huge fan of the Bat Family and this is the only version of the character available. So imagine my disappointment when the arms break right out of the packaging. For the price, it's insane for such a huge flaw.

The quality is good the paint job is good if your enjoy the character it's a must buy!

Paid $80 for this because it was a rare find (understandable) but it being a collectible I expected much more care in the shipping and handling. The box came looking like it had been hit by a box cutter. Scratched up and no hope for saving as its intention...a "collectible." Very disappointed. Only reason why I gave it above one star is because it looks so dang cool.

Action figure was nice but when we opened the box, the gun holster was broken. We had to fix it with hot glue.
