This is a great meditation pillow. The buckwheat filling makes it adjustable and supportive. I scoot my butt around until I find my posture and the pillow keeps me there comfortably. It helps take pressure off my knees and butt bones. I find that I can sit still longer and calmer. The pillow is very firm, but cradles just right so that it feels like your sitting on a cloud. Definitely the best thing I've sat on. My lower back and bottom don't hurt after sitting for a while and I find myself staying upright instead of sinking and curving my spine, collapsing into my chest. The case is lovely - embroidery is well done, the material is soft, thick, and velvety, the handle is sturdy and handy. I like the matching velvety bag that comes with. I use it to set the pillow on when I go outside. I figure the bag can be washed easier than the case. There is a zipper on the pillow case - small and unnoticeable with a tiny pull. I unzipped it once to see. It opened and closed easily but I did not take the pillow out. The material holding the buckwheat is tough- I don't see any issues with it bursting or tearing in the future. I find this to be a very useful, quality item. There is no smell to the item and no issue with bugs.

I purchased 2. It’s perfect for what we needed. It was packaged well, arrived fast, and super velvety soft! The price was also nice, I just couldn’t believe others sold it for double or even triple. Insane. Anyways, I highly recommend!

It's a bit smaller then I expected but it's very cute and great to practice balance in a criss cross apple sauce position it's also amazing on the tailbone

I have not been able to use my new meditation cushion much since it arrived. Travel & family schedules have interrupted my sit times. I like it! It’s lovely! I’ll be steadily using it once I return home.

If you want a supportive cushion that holds its shape without mashing down, this is amazing! The filling really supports you! It's a little crunch sounding when you move, but it doesn't feel rough through the cover. The velvet tote bag and pillow cover are very soft. The mandala is embroidered, not painted. My only problem is that I liked this so much for my head on the couch I'm going to have to buy another to sit on. No more flat pillow neck cricks!

I have a larger version from a different company that is quite a bit more expensive, my daughter wanted one for herself and I found this on sale for less than half the price of my full size Florensi one that I love. They are of similar quality and look and feel similar. Plus my daughter looooves the carry bag (purse).
