Q: Do you have a recliner wheelchair? Back reclines?

It doesn't recline fully, all the way as if you can lay down flat, but the back does "fold down" and it is helpful to my mother when she is at the beauty shop shampoo bowl.

Q: Can the footrests be replaced with a different set of rests that elevate the leg?

Yes—probably. But it would be a custom job—not easy.

Q: Seatbelt included or can I order one?

The seatbelt is included with the chair. We have had the chair since July, 2019. The chair is lightweight and folds easily. The only negative is that the front wheels cannot roll over the slightest bump. My husband is 6 feet tall and I cannot physically lean the chair back to lift the front wheels over. I have to turn the chair around and go backwards over any crack or imperfection in the sidewalk or pavement. Just for your info.
