Bought these because we have some seasonal allergies and our 5yo gets stuffed up every 2 or 3 weeks from something he caught at daycare. Awesome in a steam shower. I keep them sitting in the foil wrapper as a container to sit on during the shower

If it lasts for a couple of baths or a long shower, what I didn't like that much is that the smells are very similar and can't be appreciated much, maybe it would be better to add more marked smells! Anyways i recommend it!

If you take short, hot showers, these little beauties do the job to provide strong scent and an invigorating menthol-eucalyptus experience, just like at high end spa saunas/steam rooms. Move it a bit closer to the drain, speed up the breakdown but dial up the scent—farther away, lower the scent, lengthen the life. As some reviewers said, you could get two showers out of one tablet if you so desire. In a normal-size shower with a shower curtain, without a fan on in the bathroom, this thing lasts long enough and is strong enough to tingle my face with the fumes, in a good way—I like that it definitely wakes you up!—so the reviewers who can’t smell it may have a massive shower or maybe they keep a fan on. Apparently their mileage varies. I was looking for a more affordable alternative to the Vicks shower tablets, and these definitely work for me. I may even like these better. (This review is for the plastic-wrapped version. The foil wrappers are inferior, break easily, and do not have the same scent.)

Love using these for when I’m stuffy or not feeling well. Even good to use to wake you up or just to take a refreshing shower. If you want them to last just keep them off of direct stream of water and they will last your whole shower !!!

These are rather thin, so don't last long. however the wonderfully scented steam does stay a while. Scent is rather strong, just having the box of them in my bathroom makes the bathroom smell refreshing. Only complaint is they are hard to open, even with the "tool" that came with the box, which I threw out because the tool stunk and was melted when I got it.
