Love magnesium oil - i put it on my toothbrush ...
Love magnesium oil - i put it on my toothbrush to improve my gums and tooth enamel, use it on my face as it is great as exfoliator. My teenage daughter says it helps her get rid of acne. Also helped me with my restless leg syndrome which i tend to get in hot summer months

You get a lot of bang for your buck on this one. I noticed it did cause a little skin irritation, but they do warn you on the product to do a patch test and only increase the amount you use gradually. I don't feel any different when I use it, just wanted to use natural oils instead of synthetic skin products.

SO FAR SO PERFECT!
Have had hellish pain in my hip,also doing heavy lifting at work,so really needed help....After one week use of magnesium oil-pain almost gone,can sleep in any position,Really surprised!All my family uses it now.SO FAR SO PERFECT!

Painfree at last!
After suffering from cramp for so long, my daughter told me about this oil so I thought I would give it a try. I have used it a couple of times already, for both cramp and joint pain, I am amazed by the ease of pain it gave me, I had a good sleep the fist time I used it, which is unusual for me as I am a fidget! I look forward to being tpainfree without the use of drugs in the future.

I don't know what l was doing wrong with this product, but l bought it as l have fibromyalgia. Wasn't fussed on it.

Tingling sensation fades away with time.Don't forget and spray fresh shaved legs...ouch..I guess only blood test can tell if magnesium levels went up.
