I like the fact I can take this pack out of the freezer wrap it in a thin tea towel and use it to take the swelling down on my knee

Long-term knee injury waiting for knee replacement surgery and these are the only things that give genuine relief. Medication by oral means is one thing, but these ice packs were very well. Only wish id bought a larger size to wrap further around the knee. Nevertheless, they are excellent.

Used these before, then tried another manufacturer. This proved to be a poor imitation, so have gone back to the original and what we now perceive to be the best..

I've used these products for a number of years, I've tried other types of cold pack but none of them work as well as these so when I needed to replace mine I immediately looked for this brand

Recommended by my Physio. A brilliant little device, so simple and yet so effecting. A minute in the microwave and it stays hot for ages. I've used it on my painful shoulder and for lower back pain, its brilliant.

This is a must to keep in the freezer just in case any joint or back issues accur. It's ready to use. Wrap in a tea towel before applying to the skin.

This product is very effective in pain control. I will certainly buy more packs if and when needed.
