I have had long strong nails pretty much since I was a child and always grow them out and enjoy painting them etc. Around a year ago during a very stressful time my nails started breaking and as they looked awful I put acrylic tips on, and started buffing and drilling them every time one came off, which was frequently. This cycle nearly destroyed my nails but they looked horrible so I kept putting the tips on. In the end I had to do something so looked online and discovered these supplements for a reasonable price on amazon. I started taking them and had BioSculpture Gel nails put on my nails in place of the acrylics. It's taken around 4 months of care and commitment but my nails are finally back to their previous strong long condition. I wanted to get these again from Amazon but the price has gone up by £3 per bottle which is too much so I now get them from Iherb in the US and even with their shipping costs it is far less than Amazon's price for them. I take 3 a day to boost my nail growth and once I'm happy with the length of all my nails will continue taking 2 per day. I like the fact that they are also good for keeping your joints supple.Really good product.

I now have beautiful long nails but unfortunately had to stop taking it as I had a breakout of cold sores. After Googling found out Gelatin can do this if you suffer from them.

Fast delivery. My nails seems to be growing a lot quicker and do seem stronger but whether that is the tablets or not I don't know but can't fault how fast they arrived.

Taking them twice a day not sure if they're helping but will finish the course

This is so much better than the powedered supplements I have previously been using. A brilliant supplement that makes a huge difference to your health.

One initial mix up with the post was sorted out a replacement was sent to me and received the very next day.

Switched to these when my usual gelatin powder jumped in price. Seem to help my joints and reduce hair loss just as well as the more expensive gelatin powder.
