NO MORE FLIES
Love the fact it’s a clear kind of plastic. Does what it says.

Dogs are happy
It's great, got it to keep the insects out when door is open for the dogs to enjoy the garden, easy to put upwould of given 5 stars but i feel the strips need to be a bit thicker which would give them more weight, they work but can be a bit fly away in a breeze

Absolute rubbish
This is NOT 'heavy duty' - it's flimsy. It's NOT 200cm long - it's 190 at most (which leaves a big gap at the bottom that the flies come straight through) and it's NOT 90cm wide (more like just over 80, which means there are gaps at the side as well. Also in very flimsy packaging - not even a cardboard tube, just wrapped in brown paper. Total waste of money - will be going back.

Perfect
We have had a fly problem for years due to living near animals. Every summer our doors have to stay shut or within minutes there are loads of flies ☹These have resolved that, to the extent that my doors are open all day and only 1 or 2 get in, perfect. They are easy to cut to size as well so they fit, bonus. They don't come with fittings though so had to buy my own.

Like most UPVC doors mine is set into the wall ...
I am on a quest to find a fly screen that will do the job unfortunately the quest continues. This screen is well made and would stop flies if I could have fitted it. I couldn't send the screen back as I did try to adapt it to fit and failed so I could hardly send back a damaged item. The problem was the fit it had no means of adjustment to fit the frame. Like most UPVC doors mine is set into the wall leaving little room to attach any fittings. It was a few mill larger than the recess so I tried to cut it down and hoped that it would wedge in the recess unfortunately that failed and the screen stayed up on its own for a few minutes and gravity took over and it ended up on the floor. I purchased hooks from Amazon which were white and would have held the screen without damaging the door frame and wouldn't look out of place in winter when the screen was removed. That leads me into another quest I have been on for some years ! Finding a plastic hook to attach to UPVC with sticky backs that actually stick. The hooks sticky pads again lasted for a few minutes more than the wedged approach but again gravity took over. I scoured Amazon for sticky pads that would stick and hold the hook which would hold the screen for longer than a few minutes. I found the best reviewed pads to be from three M , I read the reviews and they were fantastic these pads would hold any thing forever. Anything that is part from a plastic hook which in turn was holding a plastic extremely lightweight fly screen. Again gravity beat me.The cost for my desire to own a fly screen was now escalating. Firstly the screen less than ten pounds a bargain. Two plastic hooks three pounds , extra strong sticky pads six pounds, and still no fly screen. The ironic thing is that while the extra strong sticky pads which I was assured would hold anything within reason , would not hold the hooks but to try and get them off the door frame was impossible they were so sticky. I had to throw even more money at this project this time for sticky stuff removal liquid ,this cost I think about three or four pounds plus postage. To sum up a good product if you can find a way to fit it , I failed the quest for the fly screen goes on as does the quest for sticky pads that hold more than just themselves or come to that a super glue that is actually super, or weather proof gaffer tape that is actually weather proof, or a stain remover that does remove stains. The sad thing is I keep trying I believe that one day I will find the product that actually does what it says on the tin and I have no doubt that when that moment comes I will be to old and infirm to do anything with the product whatever it may be.

Not heavy or thick enough.
We wanted something substantial to try and stop the cat from jumping up at the door and scratching it. We thought that being hit in the face with plastic would put him off. It isn’t thick enough and isn’t heavy enough to stay in place. If the door opens it blows all over the place and is a nuisance.

Very happy
After reading magnetic blind reviews I decided to opt for the old method. So pleased I did. Blind was easy to fit and I can say it really does work. We were overrun by houseflies and now we get maybe 3 a day getting in. So relieved and it means I don't have to spray nasty chemicals everywhere. The light frosted colour means the doorway remains light too.

Good - but could be improved
I looked for some time for a suitable 'fly screen' that i could use to prevent flies entering the kitchen with the door open. I did not like the idea of having to velcro the door frame, so this seemed the best alternative, as it could be hung on the outside wall.. Looking at the various reviews, I opted to pay a bit more for this as it was described as 'heavy duty'. I am not disappointed with the quality of this blind, but wish that the strips were closer, or even slightly overlapping. Unfortunately, a couple of flies still managed to appear in my kitchen, but I am not sure if they arrived through a small window that I leave slightly open, or through the blind, which, of course, flaps about when there is a breeze..
