Everyone is sick but me….
I haven’t noticed any major significant differences, but do you know that the supplement is filled with antioxidants and ingredients that are good for your overall health. My entire household has been stricken by the flu (both A and B) except for me now I can’t say that the supplement prevented it, however I am the only one that didn’t get sick? It mixes up ok, but did require some extra elbow grease to get rid of the chunks. The flavor is OK, but definitely improved when mixed into some thing other than water. I have mixed it into juice and tea, and both were great options. I will definitely continue to take the supplement.

Works Great
This supplement works great. Definitely find a recipe that works for you to mix it into. I've been able to find a few things that work for me. I had difficulty mixing it at first, but I've gotten better with it now. I've had no trouble digesting it and noticed a difference in adding this to my diet. The jar comes with quite a bit of powder, so it's also a reasonable price.

Another supplement
I'm not suffering from any of the ailments that this Triphala Powder is prescribed for. I'm using it as a dietary supplement, hoping the antioxidants, detox, and digestive properties help some. Mehh - it doesn't taste very good, but mixed with some honey, it's better. I can't say that it's really doing any good, but it doesn't seem to be hurting!

Health benefits
I’m taking this for the health benefits, immune support, digestive support, and it’s rich in antioxidants and anti-inflammatory. I’m recovering from shingles and taking extra supplements to help. It’s a very painful exhausting condition, and the combination of laying around so much and taking so many NSAIDS has also caused constipation even just eating very lightly.I’ve found a good way to take this where it doesn’t taste bad at all. I brew a strong cup of hibiscus tea, sometimes with orange slices too, and drink most of it; then with the remainder I mix in a half teaspoon of triphala powder and a teaspoon of glycine (because I’m taking that too and it’s sweet and doesn’t add empty calories / sugar or honey would work too if you’re not worried about the calories). Just remember this work best on an empty stomach. This does clear constipation, very gently with no cramping, and I have had absolutely no side effects, no gas or discomfort at all.

A high-quality supplement with multiple benefits.
Six weeks ago, I started anti-inflammatory clean eating, and I've been adding supplements that reduce inflammation to my diet as I find them. So when I saw this Triphala powder, I did a little research and learned that there are many benefits including the following: reducing inflammation, improving digestive issues, aiding in weight loss, regulating blood sugar, protecting dental health, and anti-cancer properties. When I read that it was bitter, I was a little nervous to try it, thinking I might not be able to stomach the taste. But I tried it in warm water with honey, and it wasn't horrible. LOL. It didn't taste good, but it didn't taste that bad either. Going forward, I'll probably just add it to my smoothies where I won't be able to taste it at all.I love that it's USDA certified organic and non-GMO, with no fillers, preservatives or additives. I also love that it's sustainably packaged in a violet glass jar to prolong shelf life. This is a pure, high-quality supplement, and it makes me happy to know that I'm doing something good for my body.

It tastes and smells bitter, but it works
I decided to give this Triphala powder a try based on the product page's text stating it is an Ayurvedic supplement for digestive health (it advertises other health benefits too for liver and blood support, etc). Based on the bottle label and description, it seems like a high quality product. It smells and tastes bitter. It's not fun at all to consume this. However, since I have been taking it, my gut health seems to have improved and it helped to get things moving. My clothes even fit me better, and I haven't changed anything else about my daily routine since I started using it. It is USDA organic, which is a big plus for me. I am going to keep taking it despite the flavor (I mix it into a small amount of water and chug it before lunch).

Healthy but bitter taste
I have a low tolerance for bitter tasting foods and drinks. And this powder is bitter if you eat is straight out of the bottle. But I make it work by mixing it with other ingredients such as cacao powder (or matcha powder) and hazelnut syrup. And it’s good.

Doesn’t taste too terrible with honey
This tastes better than I expected. It smelled pretty bad when I opened it so I was kinda dreading the first sip. However, as the jar suggests, I put it in warm water with honey. It tasted better than it smelled. The first sip was almost pleasant. I will say, the more I drank it the less I “enjoyed” it and it was kinda grainy at the end where it didn’t all dissolve.I’ll be looking for other things to mix it into. I don’t do smoothies and only drink water and black coffee so I’m looking to get creative somehow. If it is really as good for you as it says, it’s worth the taste. I just hope it is good for me! It’s hard to quantify what it is doing for your health.
