This belt has given me great results in 2 weeks. I wanted to target my lower abs. I can definitely tell the difference. It really does feel like an ab workout. I use mode 5, level 23. I would start off with a lower mode and level, then gradually work your way up. I wear the belt under my clothes while I'm at my desk... Cleaning around the house. The belt broke, and the return process has been quick and easy. I ordered the same exact one. This is a great product.

Wanted to try this out to tone my stomach. It is very comfortable and I use it as I work all day. It is not loud, fits snug and works! Recommended if you need a little extra help with toning.

I was so excited when I purchased this and when I received it I couldn't wait to try it. I'm a bit disappointed because both belts barely fit my arms or my stomach. I Box 5 sessions a week and consider myself physically fit. Nowhere in your description does it list the size where it would give the person the opportunity to see if it would in fact actually fit them. My opinion this would fit a person under 140 -150 lbs..

The product works well overall but the stitching is poor and pulled apart almost immediately.

I bought this for my husband because he has a desk job and sits most of the day. So far, he says it helps him from being so stiff! I like the fact that it comes with all of the parts and can be wiped clean rather than having to replace pieces every time you use it. I would definitely recommend this to friends and family.

Just recently purchased this unit to maximize my sweat and warm ups during my work outs. What I liked about it immediately was how comfortable it wears, sizing was perfect. Also unlike some of the others I’ve purchased the stitching and quality of the zipper was top notch. I have used it for 5 workouts now and really enjoy the added support I feel when wearing this garment. I have already washed it twice and no loss of integrity to the garment, air dries quickly as you would expect.I can honestly recommend this to anyone wanting to accelerate weight loss or looking for additional support and warm up to any workout regimen!Big thumbs up, keep up the great quality, great find!

The control module falls off easily…it’s meant for skinny arms…the intensity was so so. Too expensive and too lightweight

I ordered this abdominal toner belt out of pure curiosity. I could use some abdominal and upper arm toning. But does it really work? I’m in the beginning stages of testing it, and will update. Here’s what I’ve found so far:In initial testing, I find I’m most comfortable at the setting of ‘8’. It really does feel like an electrical muscle massage on that setting. 10 is too intense for me at this time.The abdominal band is easy to put on, with plenty of room to secure the Velcro. However, the armbands are surprisingly small compared to how ample the belt is for me. I am a 5’8” woman, size 12, I am more muscular and they do fit my arm...but barely... So I need my partner to secure them. I noticed that even in the product page video, they cut away as the man tries to put the armband on.My set did not come with written instructions, which would have been very helpful for such an unfamiliar (to me) technology.The USB charging cable charges all three discs at the same time which is nice. I’ve already charged them once. Doesn’t take long. As I use them more I’ll mention the charging times.They include a small spray bottle to moisten the silicone pads that deliver the EMS impulses, which is thoughtful.The controls work easily and the digital display lets you know the MODE and INTENSITY that is set in brightly lit digits. So far, everything is working as advertised.Looks good, ready to go. A few more tests and a little research and I’ll start my one month+ routine. Check back then for my update, end of April, 2023. I'm docking it one star for the small arm cuffs and lack of written instruction book. However, if it works, and I'm hoping it does, I'll be happy to upgrade it to 5 stars.
