Heater arrived late do to weather. Well packed. We unpacked it, installed the 4 legs and plugged it inThe room we are using it in is an office about 300 sq.ft. in a basement. Area was at 62 degrees. In about 30 min. it got to 70 degrees. 1 speed blower motor. Thermostat works well. Not very expensive, looks nice and does the job. (NO REMOTE)

This fireplace is so much nicer than I expected. Right out of the box it worked great. I didn't look at the manual right away but the unit was easy to figure out without it. It was a bit shorter than the old one so I put some 2 inch plastic feet on the bottom. I think it added to its charm. The flame is nice. I like the adjustable blower speed and the brick surround looks real. I didn't like that the red lights stayed on all the time so I used a black marker to tone it down. Now the lights are much dimmer. I reccomend this fireplace.

This was exactly what we were looking for. We decided on a whim that our cluttered tv corner needed to be a corner fireplace instead, but we were working on a budget. The heat level that comes out is nice and cozy, and for the price we paid I’m super impressed with the lighting and image. It’s about 1000x more realistic than I was expecting it to be. The flames are clearly artificial lighting, but I was honestly expecting them to just look fake and honestly ridiculous for only paying $150. They don’t though, they have a nice glow and flicker to them that feels real enough, especially when you aren’t looking directly at them. (Just to be clear, the artificial flames are not a con to me - I expected them to look even more artificial than they do and I’m super impressed with them.) I also really like that it has the overheat protection.Overall, this was absolutely worth the money we spent on it and was exactly what we needed for this quick project.

It heats the area very well and the flame is more realistic then I thought it might be.

Very cute fireplace, we bought it to add some extra heat in cold days in our dinning room, works beautifully, looks cute , my husband is an electrician so he like the safety futures on it, we used it everyday for 2 months, never turn it off, still working. Lovet it

We thoroughly enjoyed this electric fireplace. It fit perfectly in a bookcase, remote worked great, good heat, fairly realistic looking flames, and very quiet. Lasted 32 days before it just died.

I was looking for a compact fireplace/heater to put into my IKEA besta entertainment center. I absolutely love it! It fits perfectly and provides an outstanding ambiance to the space. No fireplace at this price range will look perfectly authentic, but the colors and varying brightness provide a great effect. I have it on every time I’m in the space.I am impressed with how well the heater heats the large open space where I use it. After you turn off the heater, it blows out cool air to cool the unit, so that it’s never hot to the touch. This is great for folks with young children. I wish the controls weren’t so prominent on the front of the unit, but this doesn’t take away from how much I love it.If you’re looking for a compact, effective fireplace/heater for your living room or basement, this is for you!
