Needed to tighten wrist band. Clasp slipped off and had difficulty getting it back on the strap correctly.

I bought this as a gift for Mother's Day and she loved it. I especially like the magnetic closure.It's a nice size for anyone who can't see well. Love it!

You get what you pay for, I wasn't expecting anything grand because I am a nurse and I go through watches like crazy. Its cute, I get compliments but I have had it for almost a year I believe (which is good) and the only downfall is the face gets scratched easily and the magnet is becoming not as strong but I still love it for what I do. It also came with an EXTRA battery!
