Peice of junk! Both were broken when arrrived because of the cheap Chinese plastic. I had to manipulate and almost break it further to get it to charge and whe I put them together after charging it was a challenge getting the circuitry to line back up after twisting the bottom handle back on.IT WAS MORE EXPENSIVE TO SEND BACK THAN PURCHASE SO BEWARE. Even if they don't work it cost more money to send them back! BAD PRODUCT! Make them in America!

Not UL listed, not the safest items to purchase. When you plug the in the prongs are exposed. You have to be careful but otherwise they work great. Would not own these if I had small children in the house.

These are awesome when they work they should put better instructions in the box

They each worked once. Not sure if it was user error or just not a good product.

I love it! Wouldn't give 5 stars due to the directions. Very confusing on what to "switch" to. Don't get that part at all. But, it's worth it once you figure out how to use it properly.

Boy do these work! The kids kept our camp site bug free they turned killing th ed nuisance bugs into a game.

Cheap junk. Never worked and plastic and electric are super low quality.

This is a great product. I have killed flies, mosquitoes, and yellow jackets. It is a no fail zapper with a built in flashlight.
