Too small what a rip off,
I found this little book too small I can't write in such small columns because then I can't read my own writing...it is a rip off nearly a fiver then a fiver delivery this should be 99p tops its a tiny little book I was expecting a big pad maybe I should read the details first...its also too overwhelming...my psychiatrist and mental health nurse told me to keep a food diary but already I'm giving up because I've just lost money buying this stupid thing...
